This is a TEMPORARY SEASONAL (Nov 1 - Dec 31) role and can be structured as one full-time position (41.5 hours/week) or two part-time positions (approximately 19–22 hours/week each), depending on candidate availability.

Opener
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00am–4:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am–1:45pm
- 22.25 hours/week
Closer
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00pm–9:00pm
- Saturday: 1:45pm–6:00pm
- 19.25 hours/week
Full-Time Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00am–9:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am–6:00pm

Wage
$18–$24/hour, based on experience.
About No Bull Tallow

The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member to independently run our mall kiosk at Lime Ridge Mall in Hamilton for the holiday season (November - December).
You’ll be the face of No Bull Tallow; responsible for sales, customer engagement, stock management, brand presentation, and keeping the kiosk running smoothly.
This is not a “stand around and scroll your phone” type of role. We’re looking for someone who is active in the sales process- approaching and engaging customers, offering samples, explaining our products with confidence, and genuinely interested in natural, tallow-based skincare.
This is also a brand-facing role. We want someone who is comfortable representing No Bull Tallow beyond the transaction- helping create energy around the kiosk, promoting the brand, and contributing simple social media content when opportunities come up.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the kiosk independently
- Process all sales using our Shopify POS system (cash and card)
- Track, report, and manage inventory, including restocking and identifying when additional stock is needed
- Proactively engage customers, by offering samples, starting conversations, answering questions, and confidently explaining our products
- Represent No Bull Tallow in a way that is friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, and consistent with our brand
- Help promote the kiosk and brand through social media, including capturing simple photos, videos, product content, or in-store moments
- Look for opportunities to create interest and attract customers rather than waiting for customers to approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting space
- Communicate clearly with the owner and flag any issues early
Requirements
- Retail, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a must
- Friendly, dependable, professional, and confident talking with new people
- Comfortable initiating conversations and actively selling rather than waiting behind the counter
- Strong attention to detail, especially around inventory, cash handling, and kiosk presentation
- A genuine interest in natural skincare and wellness
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the space
- Comfortable using social media and creating simple, natural brand content
- Experience in experiential marketing, brand ambassador work, events, trade shows, demonstrations, or promotional sales is a strong asset
- Social media, content creation, or small-business marketing experience is an asset
