What You'll Do
- Lead by example while working alongside your crew every day
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Build patios, retaining walls, paver installations, decks, fences, and complete landscapes
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity
- Read plans, solve problems, and keep projects on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members
What You Bring
- Several years of landscape construction experience
- Previous Crew Lead or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods
- Ability to read plans and manage projects independently
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
Bonus: Irrigation experience is an asset.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
