Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the jewellery selection process, providing diamond education, and offering insights on jewellery care and company policies (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc.).
- Embody the brand's values and serve as an ambassador for Anne Sportun Fine Jewellery.
- Attend to client requests and maintain the store's appearance and organization.
- Collaborate with other showroom staff to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including order processing, repair quotes, inventory management, and shipping.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and style preferences, providing personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Anne Sportun Fine Jewellery collections, including materials, designs, and pricing, to effectively educate and inform customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in diamond and gemstone characteristics, guiding customers in their selection process and offering insights on quality, cuts, and settings.
- Collaborate with the design team to facilitate custom orders and special requests from customers, ensuring accurate communication and timely delivery.
- Proactively follow up with potential customers and build long-term relationships, providing exceptional after-sales service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trunk shows, and exhibitions to showcase Anne Sportun Fine Jewellery and attract new customers.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that displays are attractive, well-maintained, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the store's revenue growth.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding customer information.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to find satisfactory solutions.
- Uphold a professional and polished appearance, representing the Anne Sportun Fine Jewellery brand with pride and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury sales environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit excellent computer skills.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, earning their trust and respect.
- Excel in interpersonal and communication skills.
