B&N Properties, is a property management company which developed 3 new buildings in Lower Sackville, NS. We are presently looking for an enthusiastic live in Resident Manager to join our team and help operate our 3rd new building.
This position requires the Resident Manager be able to complete the following duties:
- Live on-site
- Professional communication with tenants
- Scheduling building maintenance and inspection
- Minor maintenance for tenant units as required
- Ability to be on call on evenings and weekend on rotation.
- Cleaning of common areas
- Landscaping maintenance
This position will be supported by a rental office which performs rental activities such as leasing, lease signing, rent collection.
This position will be compensated with apartment accommodation, parking, power, Internet/Cable, group benefits plan, and competitive wages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
