We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing Sales Department and provide administrative and operational support to our Sales Manager and sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment.
As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales process by coordinating client documentation, maintaining CRM records, preparing agreements, supporting lead management, scheduling meetings, and helping ensure that every prospective client receives a professional and seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Department.
- Prepare, process, and organize client agreements and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and internal databases.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, consultations, assessments, and client appointments.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain electronic client files and ensure company naming conventions and filing standards are followed.
- Prepare reports and assist with sales performance tracking.
- Perform quality control reviews of client records and documentation.
- Assist with updating sales procedures, templates, and internal documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department as required.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
