We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead. We are looking for a Lead Hand to join us and work directly alongside our talented Forepersons in our thriving landscape construction division. Your Role:
As the Lead Hand, you'll have the chance to be your own boss and work on exciting landscape projects from start to finish. You'll learn directly from the owner, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in all aspects of construction management. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in overseeing projects, ensuring they're completed to the highest standards while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- A strong willingness to learn and grow
- Desire to one day take on a leadership role and run your own jobsite
- Experience in landscape construction
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
