Job Description
Under the authority of the Production Supervisor, the maintenance team leader plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates all of the activities of his department. The incumbent ensures the operation of the equipment and sees to its maintenance.
He will be responsible in particular for:

Manage, guide and motivate the maintenance work team;
-
Ensure at all times that employees apply occupational health and safety policies and procedures;

Manage the needs for PPE and all other equipment;
-
Work closely with operators, laborers and mechanics and act as support;
Qualifications
-
Minimum experience of 2 years in team management;
-
Experience in an industrial/production environment;
Skills sought

Having knowledge in mechanics;

Be a positive, mobilizing and inspiring leader;

Good communicator;

Person with the ability to express themselves in English; (functional)

Ability to establish and manage priorities in a pressured work environment;

Additional Information

Schedule Monday to Thursday from 1 p.m. to 11H30 p.m.;
