Key Objective for Customer Success Guide / Inside Sales: Responsibilities include learning and executing our sales process, making promises you can keep, being honest and straightforward with clients, meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals and at all times Making our Customers say WOW! by coaching and guiding them to grow a healthy landscape.
We are seeking to hire a sales hunter with a positive attitude immediately! All our seasonal positions are full at this time, we are looking for full time year round positions.

- Compensation: Minimum base salary of $20.00 per hour plus ample bonuses for hitting targets!
- Actual average earnings are between $56-75K compensation per year which includes hourly base pay plus bonuses paid throughout the year

Requirements for Customer Success Guide / Inside Sales:
- Hungry, Humble and Smart
- Confidence, empathy and enthusiasm.
- An eagerness to make Customers say WOW!
- Team player but also the ability to work independently
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a call center
- Professional, articulate and enthusiastic telephone manners
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
- Be a tech-savvy individual with intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Be able to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm shifts, seasonal late shifts from 10:00 am-7:00pm and Saturday as seasonal demand dictates from 9:30am- 1:00pm
