Compensation: $225,000-$250,000+ annually
MineSpec Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager Industrial Construction (Mining & Infrastructure) to lead complex industrial and mining infrastructure projects across Canada and the United States.
This is a field-focused leadership role for construction professionals who thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and have experience managing multidisciplinary scopes in active construction settings.

The Project Manager will lead industrial construction execution activities across mining and heavy industrial projects.
This role requires experience managing multidisciplinary construction scopes, including:
- Civil
- Concrete
- Structural steel
- Mechanical
- Piping
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Industrial building systems
Projects may include:
- Process plants
- Mine infrastructure
- Crusher facilities
- Mills
- Pump houses
- Maintenance facilities
- Warehouses
- Industrial buildings and support infrastructure
- Lead industrial construction projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and turnover
- Coordinate multidisciplinary construction scopes in active mining and industrial environments
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders
- Support construction planning, scheduling, forecasting, and execution strategies
- Lead field coordination meetings and project progress reviews
- Monitor productivity, schedule performance, and project progress
- Identify and resolve field execution and constructability challenges
- Ensure work aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives
- Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- 10+ years of industrial construction experience with increasing leadership responsibility
- Strong background in mining, industrial, heavy civil, or industrial infrastructure construction
- Experience managing multidisciplinary industrial construction scopes
- Practical field leadership experience managing contractors and multiple work fronts
- Strong understanding of industrial construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
- Experience working in remote industrial or mining environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel for rotational assignments
Preference may be given to candidates with:
- General Contractor-side construction experience
- Experience working across Owner, EPCM, and Contractor environments
- Tier 1 contractor experience
- Trade, engineering, or construction management backgrounds

- 12-hour workdays while on site

When not assigned to active projects, team members may support planning, proposals, client coordination, and project development activities from a MineSpec office or approved home-based work environment, depending on assignment and location.
