What is the opportunity?
A new and unique role with RBC Insurance that has a large upside from a career perspective. As a Risk Associate you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with HNW Home and Auto clients by providing ongoing service, renewal handling and claims support. You will also partner with Risk Assessment Insurance Specialists to build and manage HNW client relationships that provide a one of a kind customer experience with “Concierge Service” that fully protects their wealth, possessions and lifestyle.
What will you do?
Effectively partner with Risk Assessment Specialists to meet their HNW client’s individual Home and Auto insurance needs.
Support the Risk Assessment Specialists and their HNW client’s with a trusted and exceptional client experience
Supports HNW client through all processes after the sale is made including Appraisals and Claims handling
Proactively contacting HNW renewal clients, updating their products as required and handling HNW client service calls
Provide technical expertise and advice to clients so that they better understand their unique needs and can then make informed decisions
Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals and through effective partnering with other team members (Group Benefits Specialist, and Group Home & Auto Business Development Specialist for business owners, Living Benefits Specialist for Individual Affluent clients)
What do you need to succeed?
General Insurance License including Accident & Sickness
Minimum 5 - 7 years industry experience
Polished professional with experience servicing high net worth clients
A team player….enjoys collaborating to ensure a client’s full needs are addresed
A talent for listening, establishing trust and dedicated to finding the right solutions for clients
