We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting client relationships
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry standards
Experience
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license required
- Prior experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel application, or acrylics preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform retail sales by confidently recommending products to clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
