Position Overview
The resident experience sits at the center of what we do. The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of College Station, a 65-unit residential community in Saskatoon, and serves as the primary point of contact for residents.
This role covers resident relations, property operations, leasing, maintenance and vendor coordination, and the administrative work that keeps everything running. With responsibility set to grow as our portfolio expands through future projects.
We're looking for an organized, proactive, tech-forward individual.

What You'll Do
Deliver a Strong Resident Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout their tenancy
- Maintain a positive experience from first contact through move-out
- Handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support resident retention and encourage feedback and reviews
Manage Leasing & Administration
- Run leasing end to end: showings, applications, screening, and lease signing
- Process applications, including reference and credit checks
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and inspections
- Manage office scheduling and keep day-to-day operations organized
- Maintain accurate resident, lease, and property records
- Track deadlines and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan tenancy legislation (including ORT matters) and company policy
Support Property Performance
- Manage rent collection, arrears, and delinquency
- Monitor and report on key metrics like retention, satisfaction, and delinquency
- Support monthly reporting requirements
Oversee Maintenance & Vendors
- Coordinate maintenance requests and resident follow-up
- Obtain quotes and approvals for repairs and improvements
- Oversee inspections and ongoing upkeep, including snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, and common areas
- Build and maintain strong vendor and trade relationships
Work Smart With Systems
- Operate day-to-day in our property management software
- Use AI tools and modern software to work faster and stay organized
- Help refine and improve our processes as we scale

- Experience with property management software (Re-Leased, Yardi, or similar)
