We are seeking a highly creative and visually driven Digital Content Creator with a strong eye for cinematography, storytelling, and brand aesthetics. This role goes beyond everyday social content creation — we’re looking for someone who understands lighting, composition, camera movement, pacing, and how to craft visually compelling narratives that elevate our brand.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality digital content across our social and marketing channels. From cinematic product visuals to behind-the-scenes storytelling and campaign-driven content, your work will play a key role in shaping how our audience experiences the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish original video content across our social channels from brainstorm to post
- Develop creative content strategies that align with brand campaigns, seasonal launches, new products, and trending moments
- Embed yourself across every corner of the business to develop a deep understanding of what we're testing, perfecting and delivering behind the scenes
- Stay ahead of platform trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to our brand voice
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign rollouts
- Monitor content performance metrics and use data to refine what works
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience creating video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Youtube), whether professionally, freelance, or for your own brand
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling, camera work, editing ability, and visually compelling content
- Deep understanding of cinematography principles including lighting, composition, shot selection, movement, and visual pacing
- Proficiency with video editing tools (DaVinci, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Strong storytelling instincts, you know how to hook someone in the first second and keep them watching
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing objectives
- Photography and photo editing skills are a plus
- Experience operating professional camera systems; familiarity with Blackmagic cameras is a strong asset
