SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Responsible for handling requests related to AML, including confirming clients. personal information, conducting KYC checks, and performing thorough validations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves accurately documenting and reporting findings, as well as maintaining clear, professional business communication when interacting with clients. Additionally, you coordinate closely with the AML and Compliance teams to ensure all processes align with internal policies.
MUST HAVE Hard Skills:
- Bilingual in English and French- written and verbal
- 4-5 years of banking/financial institute experience Collections experience/ call center experience Prior experience conducting KYC Checks Business writing experience.
- Tech Savvy- ability to navigate between multiple software Microsoft Office 365 proficiency- Excel, Word and Outlook

- Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms would be an asset
Education/Experience: - 0-2 years’ experience in a Trade Processing related role, preferably experience with cash products (such as Loans, Deposits, Swaps, and Forwards)"
