Since 2015, Good Doctors Medical has delivered high-quality, accessible healthcare to underserved communities across Ontario using an innovative telemedicine model. We connect patients with physicians and specialists so they can receive timely care close to home.
We are opening a new location, serving the Woodville and Kirkfield communities. We need a dedicated RPN or RN to support patients during telemedicine visits and ensure a seamless, compassionate, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for their telemedicine appointments, ensuring accurate charting of patient demographics and medical histories
- Use technology to connect patients with physicians and assist during consultations as needed
- Perform basic diagnostic procedures such as vitals or point-of-care tests
- Liaise with patients and providers for follow-ups, referrals, or additional consultations
- Fax or email consultation and requisition forms to specialists or external providers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
- Assist with other clinic tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy clinic setting and manage multiple priorities
- Compassionate and patient-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable using computers and telemedicine systems
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
