TDOT Immigration is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and accountable Immigration Case Officer who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage deadlines confidently, handle multiple files simultaneously, and take full ownership of their work from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of immigration files from intake to submission
- Assess client eligibility based on documentation and information provided
- Review immigration history, admissibility concerns, and compliance issues
- Prepare and accurately complete immigration forms
- Draft submission letters and supporting documentation where required
- Organize, merge, and quality check documents before final submission
- Track deadlines, expiry dates, and ensure timely follow ups
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems such as CRM platforms
- Monitor IRCC updates and integrate regulatory changes into processing
Client Experience & Communication
- Provide professional, clear, and empathetic communication to clients
- Set realistic expectations regarding timelines and outcomes
- Take initiative to personalize the client journey and enhance overall experience
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Handle challenging situations with composure and solution oriented thinking
Performance & Accountability
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Take full accountability for assigned files and outcomes

- Experience in Canadian immigration processing preferred

Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Canadian immigration processing preferred
- Strong understanding of IRCC programs including Express Entry, Work Permits, Study Permits, PNP, and Family Sponsorship
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain high accuracy under pressure
- Proven ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines consistently
- Strong accountability mindset with full ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify documentation gaps and proactively resolve issues
- Experience using CRM systems such as Case Easy, Monday, or similar platforms is an asset
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, and risk management principles
- Self motivated with ability to take initiative and improve client experience
- Team oriented with willingness to contribute to overall business results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor clients from diverse backgrounds
- Prior supervising experience preferred, with a focus on team collaboration and staff development
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
