Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of day-to-day operations, along with team of part-time staff (must be able to lift 50lbs)
- Ensure that quality is maintained through open/closing routines (prep, orders, etc.)
- Provide feedback on daily reports/SWOT analysis to keep kitchen running efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to DineSafe regulations
- Interact with customers to provide superior service experience, and de-escalate complaints/concerns where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service
- Strong knowledge of food production tasks and routines, able to effectively communicate with other team members
- Multitasking, navigating in a small space, and always prioritising quality are a must
