Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, friendly, and dedicated Home Care Worker to assist with our family's transition from a family of 3 to a family of 4. Our baby is due at the end of March 2025. From the start date to early March, the position will be 3 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) from 11:00 am - 6:30 pm and it will increase to 5 days/week (Monday to Friday) thereafter, with the same hours. You are provided with two 30-minute breaks (during lunch and dinner), one of which will be paid. A weekday shift may switch to a day on the weekend on occasion (We will give you notice).
Responsibilities before baby arrives:
- Prepare two nutritious meals (lunch and dinner).
- Maintain a clean and organized living space, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Activities with toddler (eg. art, read book, play).
- Bathe toddler.
Responsibilities after baby arrives -same duties as above, and:
- Accompany baby if parents need rest (eg. read book, play, be in vicinity if baby is sleeping)
- Change diaper and bottle feed if needed.
Skills
- English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in meal preparation that meets individual dietary needs.
- Experience with caregiving to young children and babies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with family.
- Ability to maintain a clean environment while providing care services.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
