What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist patients with a smile, making them feel at home.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient records with care.
- Answer calls, coordinate with team members, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle payments, insurance verification, billing, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Contribute to a positive, engaging clinic atmosphere where growth is encouraged.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a dental reception role.
- Dental Assistant qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency with dental practice management Tracker Software s highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly attitude and dedication to patient care.
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office environment,
- Wage depends on experience
