Are you a tech savvy, presales enthusiast who wants to work in a fast-paced technology environment? If so, Ceridian is looking for an experienced Technology Advisor that will lead the technological discussions with our prospective clients and sell the value of our industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Reporting to the VP of Technology Architecture, as a Technology Advisor, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the sales organization in focusing on the technological areas of Ceridian's Dayforce solution during the various phases of engagement with prospect customers. You will work closely and collaborate with the pre-sales Solutions Advisors, Account Executives and other key personnel in crafting a value-based technological message that will resonate with the specific needs of prospective clients.
This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US or Canada;
Atlanta, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Winnipeg, Ottawa
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Leads the discussion with customers on Technology Architecture for all Dayforce
Creates technology focused demonstration scenarios and carryout the demonstrations with prospect customers
Assists customer in defining the best practices Enterprise Integration Architecture with Dayforce
Assists Solutions Advisors in preparation for client demonstrations
Assists with RFIs, RFPs and Security Assessments
Actively communicates with the product management teams to enhance product capabilities to meet our customers’ needs
Reviews upcoming product capabilities and provides our customers a hand-on experience with the new technologies during monthly Technical Academies
Actively participate in the creation of Go-to-Market product content
Provides input on optimizing internal processes and procedures
Keeps on the lookout for different technological trends in the market
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
3+ years pre-sales experience
A deep understanding of integration technologies, patterns, and practices
A good understanding for SaaS based software and key concepts related to infrastructure, security, operation and SDLC.
A good understanding of Enterprise Architecture
Strong presentation skills and ability to perform under pressure in a professional manner
Desire to work and experiment with new technologies
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management processes, business protocol
French or Spanish bilingual
Working environment and travelling requirements:
General office environment or Virtual
Moderate to extensive travel required: 20-50%
Valid driver's license required
