Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Installer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing siding, soffit, and fascia with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Other materials being installed include house wrap, rigid foam insulation, and strapping. We offer a friendly, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Install siding, soffit, and fascia according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Install home wrap and tape seams for water protection
- Install rigid foam insulation and wood strapping
- Properly Install flashing around windows, doors, and other penetrations to prevent water intrusion.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Set up and dismantle pump jack scaffolding systems
- Apply caulking and finishing materials for a clean, professional result
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with the supervisor
- Keep job sites clean and organized, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials
- Identify and troubleshoot issues on-site and provide timely solutions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
Skills
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with various siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, aluminum, steel)
- Experience installing soffit and fascia
- Experience bending sheet metal is an asset
- Comfortable with physical labor and lifting heavy materials
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and finishing details
- Background in carpentry or other trades is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Hard worker that takes pride in their work.
Certifications
- Working at Heights
- MEWP (not required)
- WHMIS
- First aid (not required)
Candidates missing certifications will be provided training. Training costs are covered by the company but will be reimbursed by the employee if the position is quit or abandoned within 3 months.
