Komol Plastics Company Ltd. is a distributor of specialty bulk packaging products across Canada to various industries.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 35 hours/week (9:00am - 4:30pm)
Working Location: In person (Scarborough, ON M1S 3R3)
Working Setting: Office/warehouse, wholesale distribution
Compensation: Starting $20/hr plus PHSP benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on customers order/price quotes.
- Process orders and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prospecting, identifying and contacting new business opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
- Technical sales experience (B2B) preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with emails and Microsoft Office
