What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Recommend products based on customer requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive service
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Learn our product line and become a trusted technical resource
- Support outside sales and contribute to branch growth
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Counter Sales, Parts, Estimating, Sales Support, Technical Support, or a similar customer-focused role
- Experience working in industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, building materials, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fasteners, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, or related technical products
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- A positive attitude and a desire to build a long-term career
