About the Role
We are hiring Data Center Technicians to join our 24/7 on-site operations team. Reporting to the Lead Data Center Technician, you will maintain, monitor, and repair the GPU servers, network infrastructure, and supporting systems that keep our facility running around the clock. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precise physical work, follows procedures rigorously, and wants to build a career in one of the fastest-growing fields in tech — AI infrastructure.
Prior data center experience is a plus but not required for all positions. We hire from IT support, military, electrical, HVAC, construction, and other trade backgrounds, and provide structured training on GPU hardware, high-density environments, and our operational standards. What matters most: reliability, attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and willingness to learn.
