Fellow.app is growing its sales team - we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a strong interest in working at a fast growing startup. This is truly a milestone opportunity to join on the ground floor and be our first dedicated Enterprise AE and one of the first 65 team members. The team has built an amazing product that people love and you'll play a key role in driving our growth in the Enterprise segment. You’ll be joining an ambitious remote team that’s on a mission to build the next big tech company to come out of the region.
What you’ll do:
Leverage your experience closing large enterprise SaaS deals to close our largest leads
Quarterback complex deals with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
Work with C-Level Executives to understand their business problems and help propose and deliver solutions
Own both Land and Expand motions
Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with Fellow and engage with them to help them get more out of our product
Share your Enterprise selling knowledge with our Mid-Market reps and act as a role-model for the team
Learn our product inside and out to help your customers achieve their desired outcomes
Be a thought-leader working closely with Sales Leadership to identify opportunities to enhance our Enterprise GTM strategy
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain and track all customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)
What we are looking for:
2 years selling to companies over 1000 employees with 2 to 5 Years experience total experience as an Account Executive - strong preference for SaaS
Experience closing deals from $24-$100K ARR
A proven track record as a top performer
Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and strong negotiation skills
Independent, self-starter with a bias for action
Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment
An attention to detail, and have a need to stay organized
A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
Experience working at early stage SaaS company (Product-Led Growth company)
