Let’s try this.
If you walk through a lot and instantly notice what’s out of place…
If numbers, VINs, and stock units make sense in your head…
If you believe organization isn’t optional, it’s everything…
You might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Smart Start Auto is growing, and we need someone who can manage both the lot and the data behind it.
This role is hybrid.
Part boots on the ground.
Part behind the screen.
All ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tracking and managing vehicle inventory accurately
- Keeping the lot organized, clean, and presentable
- Monitoring recon status and coordinating with the service
- Posting and updating vehicles on Smart Sheet
- Managing photos, stock numbers, pricing, and descriptions
- Keeping Smart Sheet and dealer systems accurate and updated
- Supporting the sales and finance team with real-time inventory info
Inventory isn’t just cars on pavement.
It’s data, timing, and discipline.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience from a previous dealership/inventory management

- Comfortable with computers, CRMs, spreadsheets, and systems

- Takes accountability and solves problems
We’re not looking for someone who “helps out.”
We’re looking for someone who owns it.

Opportunity to grow with a dealership that’s building momentum.
If you’ve read this and thought,
“Yeah… I’d run that lot properly.”
