Overview
We are a patient-centred, collaborative multidisciplinary clinic looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to support our team and drive the continued growth and development of our clinic. This role is well suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards while creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.
Duties
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise administrative and clinical staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems CHR, Jane, and Plexia
- Monitor and manage supplies inventory, and oversee billing processes
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Facilitate staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to promote professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical or wellness office management
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards
- Previous supervisory or supervising experience in a healthcare setting
- Background in human resources management within a clinical environment
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and financial oversight
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in hospital or acute care settings is a plus
