Independent Sales Representative – Blinds & Window Coverings
The Shutters Inc. is looking for motivated and confident Independent Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.
We specialize in custom blinds, shades, shutters, and window coverings for residential and commercial customers.
Compensation
- Base salary + commission

Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial customers
- Present and recommend window covering solutions
- Take customer measurements when required
- Prepare quotes and follow up with leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate new sales opportunities
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
Requirements
- Sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional and reliable
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset
Experience in window coverings, home improvement, construction, interior design, real estate, or related sales is an asset but not required.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
