Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and reliable Charter Coach Bus Driver to safely transport passengers on various routes and charters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety and maintenance standards. Duties
- Safely operate charter buses according to all traffic laws and company policies
- Transport passengers to designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service throughout the trip
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the bus, including checking mechanical systems, fluid levels, and safety equipment
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior before and after trips
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, passengers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address concerns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and driving regulations at all times
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues
- Strong communication skills in English for clear interaction with passengers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all passengers
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving
- Ability to operate a bus smoothly and responsibly over various routes and conditions
- Good physical condition to assist with boarding procedures and perform routine inspections
