The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $72,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. The Specialist, Responsible Supply Chain – Reporting & Compliance plays a vital role in supporting sustainability and social procurement initiatives across the Foodbuy organization. This position serves as a key collaborator across teams, helping drive alignment and advancing responsible supply chain practices through data‑driven insights.
In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners, including Foodbuy US and Canada teams, Compass Sector Groups, and Member Group teams. A core responsibility of this position is supporting the Foodbuy Responsible Supply Chain team by managing sustainability data attribution, reporting, and analytics that underpin organizational sustainability projects and initiatives.
This role is essential to the ongoing management and advancement of sustainability goals through detailed analysis, reporting, modeling, and data mining. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to challenge convention while delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

- Maintain and update supplier diversity data, including tracking certifications and expiration dates, to support accurate global and client reporting.
- Identify new reporting opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet global, client, and member reporting requirements.
- Lead Compass Group client and/or Foodbuy Member reporting deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and on‑time submission.
- Support Compass Group Global reporting initiatives, ensuring adherence to due diligence and compliance standards.
- Partner with Foodbuy US, Foodbuy Canada, and Compass Group operational teams to deliver on global, client, and member reporting needs.
- Produce high‑quality ad‑hoc analyses—often under tight timelines—collaborating with team members to develop clear, well‑structured insights for key stakeholders.
- Support third‑party due diligence processes to uphold integrity and transparency within the supply chain.
- Oversee annual SCOC requirements, ensuring all timelines are met and all risk assessment compliance obligations are fully satisfied.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
