NAPA Auto Parts in Okotoks, Supplying Okotoks Area Parts, is growing and has a new position available for a Parts Advisor/Outside Sales Person. This position will roughly be 2.5-3 days of outside sales with the remainder in the store as a Parts Advisor.
NAPA Auto Parts in Okotoks, Supplying Okotoks Area Parts, has been operating in Okotoks since 1997. This NAPA Auto Parts location is an associate store that is locally owned by a family that has lived in the area for over 40 years. This store has grown due to its commitment to excellent customer service, and setting customers expectations and working to exceed them.
In the role of Outside Sales, the main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Creating, maintaining, nurturing, and growing relationships and business with wholesale customers.
- Setting goals and achieving them. Constructively, review unmet goals and adjusting to achieve them.
- Working with you teammates at the store to achieve store and personal goals.
In the Parts Advisor role, the primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Communicating effectively and professionally with wholesale and retail customers and clients to identify their needs, and attempt to fulfill them.
- Utilizing the tools and resources on hand to identify and locate parts and products.
- Accurately processing payments with the point of sale machine and/or cash.
- Working with your teammates to put away daily stock orders, stocking the shelves, performing inventory counts, picking returns, picking orders, etc.
Both of these roles will report to the assistant manager and/or store owner.
Compensation for this position will be salary and bonus dependent on experience in both roles. Experience in both roles is not necessary, but preferred.
