Seasonal (Spring/Summer) - Event Delivery/Setup/Takedown Field Staff
Seasonal Term: August 15th - October 15th
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Preparing, loading and off-loading items to & from client event locations
- Setting up at events (ie: furniture such as tables, chairs, tents...etc)
- Requires stamina, physical fitness and ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Requires friendly customer service when dealing with clients at job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding drop-off / pick-up windows and any delays or changes
- Assist with reviewing delivery routes and schedules for efficiency; report and address recurring issues with delivery times or routes
- Update clients and staff with any changes in procedures or routes
- Review all jobs from the week and note any unclosed delivery jobs; reconcile any unclosed delivery jobs and ensure necessary external notes have been made

- Previous warehouse/event rental experience (preferred but not required).
- Forklift experience (a plus, but we will train if needed).
