This is a full-time in-office role for an Architectural Designer. In your architectural designer role, you will be responsible for:
- Site measure and drafting of existing residential floor plans using AutoCAD
- Implementing markups (redlines) from the structural engineer to produce structural residential permit drawings
- Preparation of residential building permit application forms
- Attending residential construction sites to take general notes, measurements, photos, etc.
- Site report preparation
- Office administrative tasks such as taking/making phone calls, filing, organizing etc.
- General assistance to the structural engineer
- Must have a valid Ontario Drivers License and access to your own vehicle to travel to and from job sites
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
