Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to support daily operations on our agricultural property. The ideal candidate will Maintain property landscape, including grass, tree trimming and gardens. As well as some minor livestock care.
Duties
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, including heavy machinery and power tools
- Use hand tools for various tasks such as fencing, planting, and repairs
- Conduct lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce as needed
- Support with soil preparation, fertilization, and weed control activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with general farm chores including feeding livestock if applicable
Experience
- Prior experience working on a farm or in agricultural settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment and procedures
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to farm work is a plus

Pay: $17.20-$30.39 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
