Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator & Summer Fulfillment & Office Assistant to join our team in a dynamic office environment. This full-time or part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining administrative experience across various functions. The position involves supporting daily office operations, managing fulfillment tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth. Prior experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or medical/dental office environments is a plus but not required. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office workflows and ensuring efficient fulfillment processes during the summer season.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors professionally
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Support fulfillment tasks such as processing orders, packing, and shipping materials accurately and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, updating databases, and managing correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software as needed
- Support administrative projects such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity and efficiency
- Provide support to medical or dental offices if applicable, including assisting with patient check-in or appointment scheduling
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific tasks such as QuickBooks or medical/dental office procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently; attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus but not necessary
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills during the summer season

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
