Summary
We are seeking a passionate Beauty Spa Associate/Esthetician to join our team in The Exchange Tower/Toronto PATH financial district. This role is vital in delivering exceptional skincare and beauty services while ensuring our clients have a relaxing and memorable experience. Join us in helping clients put their best face forward at our vibrant spa location.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional waxing services, threading services, facial treatments, eyelash services, and skincare and makeup consultations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products tailored to client needs.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling and client check-in.
- Promote upselling of spa packages and exclusive products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment following health protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service quality.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in skincare and beauty services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for beauty.
- Prior retail or front desk experience is a plus.
