Welcome clients with a warm, professional, and confident first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls accurately and efficiently
Support the sales, service, and leadership teams with administrative tasks
Manage guest flow and ensure every customer receives exceptional service
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Assist with clerical, filing, and data entry responsibilities
Serve as a central communication hub for the dealership
Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A desire to build a long-term career and continue learning
