Maid It Sparkle is urgently hiring a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our professional team in the Niagara Region.
Starting wage: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime
Start date: As soon as possible
Travel time: Paid between job sites at your regular cleaning rate
ABOUT US
Maid It Sparkle specializes in luxury residential cleaning, post-construction finishing, new builds and premium renovations. We are known for meticulous work and believe strongly in quality over speed.
We are looking for a dependable, long-term team member who takes genuine pride in their work, notices small details and consistently maintains a professional standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Residential and recurring maintenance cleaning
- Post-construction and renovation cleaning
- Top-to-bottom and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, windows, baseboards, doors, trim and fixtures
- Following company checklists and quality standards
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Treating clients’ homes, belongings and finishes with care
- Travelling between job sites throughout the Niagara Region
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s licence and consistent access to your own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to provide a current, clean criminal record check
- Reliable Monday-to-Friday daytime availability
- Ability to travel independently to different job sites
- Strong punctuality, attendance and work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, respectful and trustworthy conduct
- Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
- Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including extended standing, bending,
EXPERIENCE
Previous residential, commercial, hotel, housekeeping or post-construction cleaning experience is a significant asset and will be given strong consideration.
Training on Maid It Sparkle’s methods and standards will be provided. However, applicants must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality without constant supervision.
SERVICE AREA:
Our primary service areas are Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls and St. Catharines, with additional work throughout the Niagara Region.
Job sites are not always accessible by public transportation. A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s licence are therefore essential.
