The Role:
ZeroKey is on an ambitious growth trajectory, and we need a passionate, adaptable, and analytical individual to help plan, manage, and scale our pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities and overall SEM & SEO strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting keyword research, designing and implementing all paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, as well as other search and display marketing engines. A minimum of 5-years previous experience building and scaling PPC campaigns is a must. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing multi-million dollar ad campaigns, optimizing ad text, keywords, landing pages, and over paid search lead generation to drive lower CPA, increased ROI, high quality prospects, improved conversion rates, and increased traffic to our website.
What You Will Work On:
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
- Track, report and analyze website analytics, and PPC initiatives.
- Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Optimize copy, website pages, and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
- Perform ongoing paid keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Develop content strategy for landing pages.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
- Manage campaign content to attract website visitors and convert them to leads.
- Produce regular ad campaign performance reports and propose and implement responsive strategies for continued improvement.
Additionally, You Will Have:
- Strong analytical skills and a self-starter attitude.

Experience and Education:
- 3+ years experience in an SEM role
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns (budget of $50,000+ per month) across Google, Yahoo, Bing, or LinkedIn.
- Experience with SEM tools such as Semrush, Moz, etc.
- Well-versed in data-driven performance marketing, and deep understanding of drivers of conversions, click through rates, and
- Deep knowledge of analytics modelling and performance tracking of ad campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and WordPress development as it relates to ad technologies and campaigns is a bonus.
- In-depth experience with bid management tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Yoast, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot or a similar platform.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office 365 software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, etc.).
