Autobody Prepper (Full-Time) – Busy Collision Shop – Brampton
We are a high-volume collision repair shop in Brampton looking for an experienced Autobody Prepper to join our team full-time.
This is a steady, long-term position for someone who can keep up in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sanding and feather-edging panels
- Masking vehicles for paint
- Priming and prepping for painters
- Minor bodywork and filler work
- Ensuring panels are straight and paint-ready
- Maintaining clean and efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years autobody prep experience
- Able to work fast without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail (no shortcuts)
- Reliable and shows up every day
- Experience in a busy collision shop is a MUST
