CIBC Global Asset Management is among the largest asset managers in Canada with over $200 billion in assets under management. CIBC Asset Management offers and supports a variety of investment products to meet the needs of investors in the Institutional, Mass, Mid and High Net Worth market segments.
The successful candidate will build and lead the execution of data-informed product marketing strategies for CIBC Global Asset Management’s investment products , specifically exchange traded funds (ETFs) . Reporting to the Director, ETF Marketing, t he Senior Manager, Product Marketing will be a critical partner across the entire business, working closely with Product, Global Distribution, and the rest of the Wealth Marketing team to bring the right value proposition, positioning, messaging, and channel strateg ies to life.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How You’ll Succeed
Product positioning and messaging. With a strong understanding of the investment industry , you will work closely with the ETF product team to combine complex product information with expert storytelling to craft compelling position ing and messaging of our ETF products in the market .
Product marketing go-to-market . Lead the creation, development, and execution of ETF product marketing projects, including fund launches, product management changes, and opportunistic sales campaigns.
Campaign development and execution . Integrate business goals and project objectives to lead and develop compelling marketing campaigns across owned and paid media , working with internal and external agenc ies and media partners.
Relationship and stakeholder management . Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the business objectives and identify marketing opportunities based on insights, market research and other relevant data . You will build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Measur e impact . E stablish measures of success for marketing campaigns and share progre ss, insights, and recommendations for optimizing results with other team members and leaders across the organization .
