Role Overview:
The Program Manager oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring programs meet current standards. This role involves staff supervision, program development, compliance, and fostering professional growth among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate programs to align with organizational goals.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, payroll, and ensure proper training.
- Maintain compliance with policies, legislation, and professional standards.
- Oversee client records, budgets, and risk management.
- Liaise with stakeholders and draft reports for management and funders.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences / Management, Youth Care, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, databases, and communication tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills.
- Training in Trauma Informed Care/ARC Model
Additional Requirements:
- First Aid/CPR, ASIST/SAFETALK, and NVCI certifications are assets.
- Own transportation with proper insurance.
- Criminal Records and Social Development checks required.
