Our client is a leading manufacturer of vinyl products, committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, teamwork and a strong focus on safety. They are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join their production team and contribute to the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform various production processes under the guidance of experienced team leaders.
- Assist with the manufacturing of vinyl liners, covers and components.
- Perform tasks such as heat-seal welding, cutting, sewing, assembly, and light fabrication.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, sewing machines, and semi-automated production equipment as required.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team while also completing assigned tasks independently.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistently meet production expectations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding production needs or concerns.
- Be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment preferred.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools such as drills and hammers.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with your hands and performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, and remain active throughout an 8–12 hour shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Shifts
- Days 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Afternoons 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
