Magic Palace is looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented Guest Experience Associate / Cashier to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Admissions: Greet guests warmly, explain facility and play rules, verify signed digital liability waivers, and efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) and arcade management systems.
Safety Monitoring & Rule Enforcement: Actively patrol play structures and arcade zones. Ensure a safe environment by strictly enforcing age/height restrictions and our mandatory grip-sock policy.
Party Hosting & Event Coordination: Host and facilitate scheduled birthday parties and special events. This includes setting up party rooms (decorations, table arrangements), welcoming guests, serving food/beverages, leading group games, and keeping the event on schedule.
Facility Turnover & Sanitation: Promptly clean, sanitize, and reset party rooms after each event to prepare for the next booking. Perform routine cleaning of play structures, arcade machines, restrooms, and common areas. Responsibly handle biohazard incidents following safety protocols.
Arcade Operations Support: Assist guests with arcade machines, troubleshoot minor machine errors, and maintain a well-stocked and organized prize redemption counter.
Customer Relations: Professionally de-escalate customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive, welcoming environment for families.
Emergency Response & General Operations: Execute safety procedures when necessary, including lost child protocols (e.g., Code Adam) and providing basic first-aid assistance. Perform opening/closing procedures, inventory counts, and safe cash-handling practices to prevent financial discrepancies.
Job Requirements & Workplace Expectations:
Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Professional Conduct: Strong commitment to anti-discrimination and harassment-free workplace policies. Absolute confidentiality regarding guest data (waivers, POS records) and company business operations.
Reliability: Punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts and compliance with management-approved procedures for shift swapping or requesting time off.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
