We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Support This role is essential in providing exceptional hospitality services to our pub guests.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Distribute seating amongst the servers in order to ensure a smooth execution.
- Bus tables as needed.
- Take, ring in and delivery room service to the hotel.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or food service environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest services and phone etiquette
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Available weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
