B2B Sales & Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communication-driven team member to
join Canapy Furniture as our B2B Sales & Project Coordinator. You will oversee the full
lifecycle of B2B opportunities—from initial outreach to project completion—working with
designers, architects, hospitality groups, and developers across North America.
Responsibilities – Business Development & Outreach
- Conduct cold calls and outreach emails to designers, architects, hotel groups, and
developers. Initiate new business relationships and introduce Canapy’s product capabilities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Responsibilities – Project Coordination
- Manage all stages of B2B projects: inquiries, meetings, product selections, quoting,
production follow-up, and delivery planning. Join client meetings and prepare summaries,
documentation, and next steps. Track project timelines and ensure consistent
communication.
Responsibilities – Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Support showroom
visits and assist with product presentations. Provide updates on product status and technical
details.
Qualifications – Must Have
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal). Confidence in initiating contact (cold
calling, outreach emails, LinkedIn). Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving mindset and
professionalism.Preferred Experience
- Background in B2B sales, project coordination, interior design, furniture, or hospitality.
Understanding of production timelines and custom project workflows (asset). Familiarity with
CRM tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or Monday (plus).
