JOB OVERVIEW
As an Assembly Team Member, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of cabinet products while ensuring they meet the Company's quality standards. This role involves the safe operation of woodworking equipment, hand and power tools, and related technology. You will also be responsible for performing ongoing quality inspections, maintaining an organized work area, and preparing finished cabinets for efficient stacking, packaging, and shipping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble a variety of cabinet products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Safely operate woodworking equipment, hand tools, power tools, and related technology.
- Build custom or specialty cabinets as required.
- Perform continuous quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Ensure finished cabinets are properly positioned for safe handling, stacking, and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Company safety policies, procedures, and production standards.
QUALIFICATION MUST HAVE
- Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs. (23 kg.) on a regular basis.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
QUALIFICATION NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in cabinet manufacturing or woodworking.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
- Comfortable using production technology and computerized equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic production drawings or work orders.
COMPENSATION
- $21.00 -$24.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
