We are seeking a full time Cleaning Technician ( 1 day shift opening and 1 evening shift opening)
Day shift hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm and Evening Shift: 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Main Duties:
Cleaning and restocking the supplies in restrooms
· Emptying trash bins
· Sweeping, washing, and vacuuming floors
· Securing the building and rooms by locking their doors
· Washing mirrors and windows
· Polishing floors and shampooing carpets
· Moving heavy equipment and supplies
· Raking leaves, mowing lawns - Day shift
Employment requirements:
- No specific education requirements.
- On-the-job training is provided.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience considered an asset.
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. John's, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
