Our B2B Saas client is looking for a hands-on SEM Consultant to support day-to-day execution across paid search. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, in-house environment , is comfortable managing accounts independently, and can quickly adapt to changing priorities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing campaigns , while also supporting high-impact initiatives such as product launches and upcoming campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Execute campaign updates including keyword builds, bid adjustments, ad copy updates, and campaign setup
Maintain clean, scalable account structures and ensure campaigns are properly configured
Continuously optimize campaigns against KPIs such as conversion rate, CPL, and volume
Conduct search term mining and negative keyword management to improve efficiency
Maintain and enhance always-on (evergreen) campaigns to ensure steady performance
Support execution for key initiatives, including product launches and marketing campaigns (e.g., upcoming events)
Monitor performance and ensure accurate conversion tracking (GA4, platform data)
What This Role Is
Execution-focused, operator-style SEM role
Managing and optimizing live campaigns
Supporting a fast-paced, in-house marketing team

Strategic ownership or roadmap development
Budget-setting responsibility
At least 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience , ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing systems such as CMS platforms, CRM tools, website content workflows, and performance reporting.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and ask thoughtful questions to move work forward effectively.
Experience working in-house preferred; ideally in B2B SaaS environment, or similar
Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 (SA360 a plus)
Self-starter who can work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
