PinPoint Health is a leading healthcare group located within the GTA and we are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Administrator for our Markham location.
Applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a busy and growing multidisciplinary clinic servicing the people of Markham, physical therapy, chiropractic, chiropody, massage therapy services and more.
· Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
· Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing telephone calls as well as fax and email
· Scan documents and sort incoming mail
· Reception and schedule management for all health care practitioners (chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and more)
· Operate computer software to access electronic medical records and schedules
· Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting credit and debit payments
· Ensure patient confidentiality
· Ensure accounting accuracy, informing patients of service cost and guide them to appropriate resources for further information or assistance
· Maintain cleanliness of front desk area and clinic
. The candidate must be comfortable answering emails and phone calls, welcoming patients, and providing excellent customer service. They must be confident in scheduling appointments, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Experience with insurance, WSIB, and MVA billing is a strong asset. This position is also well-suited for new Kinesiology or Rehabilitation graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
